This sermon is from Mt. 5:17-20. In it we see an crucial key to understanding The Sermon on The Mount. Namely, that Jesus is not coming to undo the law that Moses taught, but rather fulfill it. Jesus is not anti-law, but is seeking to expose the false righteousness of the Scribes and Pharisees and show the true spirit of the law of God.
